GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Beauty Secrets cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Please note, Gift Vouchers cannot be used for treatments with our Registered Practitioners.

Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Beauty Secrets. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

MAINTENANCE LOYALTY CARD

Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash alternative is available. Free treatment cannot be resold and is allocated to the customer only. A maximum of 1 offer per customer, to be redeemed on your 18th appointment. A loyalty Card must be presented at the time of appointment to redeem. Offer is only valid on nails, brow and waxing treatments when treatment space is available.

20% DISCOUNT CARD

A 20% Discount Card applies to all treatments, valid for 6 months from the date issued. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or codes and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. Can not be resold and is allocated to the customer only. No cash alternative is available. Offer is only valid when treatment space is available. A 20% Discount Card must be presented at the time of appointment to redeem.

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Welcome to "The Academy" at Head Hunters. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

Enrollment in any course offered by "The Academy" at Head Hunters is subject to availability and acceptance by the academy.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for courses must be made through the approved methods specified on our website. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways as listed.

FULL PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Partial payments or deposits are not accepted unless specified in special promotional terms.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. This email will include details of the course and a receipt of payment.

2.1 **14-Day Grace Period:** Once a course is purchased, you have a 14-day grace period from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [insert contact email].

2.2 **Non-Refundable After 14 Days:**

After the 14-day grace period, courses are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

2.3 **Course Start Date:**

If the course starts within the 14-day grace period, the grace period is still applicable, and you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
